In the fall of 2003, FireScapes launched its line of decorative fire pits that are unique, affordable, and destined to be one of the industry's "hottest" new products.

FireScapes products (US Patent #6,354,288 B1) are being offered to select specialty retailers and distributors of home, hearth and outdoor products. Authorized dealers are selected based upon complimentary product offerings and positioning, location, and their ability to promote, sell, install, and service FireScapes products.

All sales orders are processed within 48 hours. In the event of any shortage of manufacturing materials necessary to complete the order, dealer will be advised of revised ship date. If a custom order is accepted, a non-refundable 50 percent deposit will be required before manufacturing the product. It is assumed that dealers will mitigate their risk by asking their customers for a 50 percent deposit on all custom orders.
 
Credit Terms: Net 20 days from date of shipment.
 
Shipping: Merchandise is all F.O.B. Houston, Texas. Please allow 10 business days before expecting shipment of any standard models. All custom orders will be shipped as soon as possible and dealer will be advised of approximate ship date.
